Gjermundshaug Gruppen is a socially conscious and innovative player in the construction industry. Through local family ownership since 1949, we have built solid and visible values for the community and private, such as roads, bridges, railways, water and wastewater facilities. The group has a solid economy, always provides quality, and we deliver on time and price. Geographical area is the whole country, where the head office is located in Alvdal.
Our services are provided by several companies with different business and market areas. Gjermundshaug Group consists of Gjermundshaug Anlegg, Anlegg Øst Entreprenør, Specto Remote and Steer. The construction companies Gjermundshaug Anlegg AS and Anlegg Øst Entreprenør AS form the core activities of Gjermundshaug Gruppen.
Gjermundshaug Gruppen is ISO certified according to ISO 9001:2015 on system for quality, ISO 14001:2015 on environmental system and ISO 45001 on system for working environment.
Our expertise – your safety
We appreciate experience, but know that unique expertise does not come by itself. Therefore, we are concerned about development opportunities, and facilitate professional development for our employees. At the same time, we want to build new experience by focusing on apprentices. What we do
The group's main activities are construction activities. At the same time, we are forward-looking in digitizing processes and the use of technology, and use this for environmental sanitation for example. In recent years we have contributed to nature and environmental cleanup, including the largest nature restoration of all time in Norway from the Norwegian Armed Forces shooting range at Hjerkinn. Here we developed a new technology in remote control of machines. Today we use drones, GPS, wireless communication, and remote controlled, driverless and autonomous machines for several types of missions.
